Bottling and Packaging Workshop

The customer base for BAKSS Company’s products is very diverse. It includes professional transportation companies—many of which maintain strong, long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with us—as well as wholesalers purchasing bulk quantities for retail outlets both within Russia and abroad.

This diversity of customer needs requires the manufacturer to offer products in a wide range of packaging formats. We are always ready to accommodate our customers’ preferences and supply products filled into containers ranging from 250 ml to 1,000 liters.

ACCURACY IS THE COURTESY OF KINGS

The development of the bottling workshop at BAKSS has consistently kept pace with advancements in core production. This is no surprise—filling accuracy is one of the key external indicators by which customers judge a manufacturer’s professionalism. Bottles of varying sizes with inconsistent fill levels and peeling labels are clear signs of either fly-by-night operations or counterfeit products masquerading as reputable brands while falling short in quality and production standards.

Manual filling cannot guarantee the required precision. Therefore, as early as 2005, the company acquired and commissioned two automated coolant filling lines. In 2008, a small-container (1 L and 1.5 L) filling line, the LRTZh-8, was launched, followed by dedicated lines for brake fluid—KRO 1.8—and a dual-lane TTK 8.2 filling line.

Today, all product filling operations are fully automated. Fill volumes are precisely calibrated according to container specifications, strictly maintained, and continuously monitored by the company’s Quality Assurance Department.

PACKAGING – A GUARANTEE OF INTEGRITY

Transporting goods over long distances—regardless of the mode of transport—is always a severe test for a product’s appearance. Additional packaging ensures that products arrive at their destination in pristine condition and remain appealing to consumers.

All BAKSS products in small packaging (up to 1.5 L) are additionally packed into corrugated cardboard boxes. Products in larger containers (from 3 L to 10 L) are wrapped in shrink film using “Termopak” packaging systems. For ease of handling, boxes or shrink-wrapped bundles are placed on pallets and secured with a stretch wrapper.

To accommodate our growing client base and corresponding increase in freight volume, the company premises are equipped with a loading dock for mechanized truck loading and a dedicated area for railcar shipments. All operations are fully mechanized and completed in the shortest possible time.
