BAKSS Company accepts orders for the manufacture of plastic containers and other products made from various grades of polyethylene and polypropylene, tailored to the Customer’s specific requirements. We have extensive experience producing custom-sized and custom-designed plastic items, using either our own molds or the Customer’s molds.
Our production facility is equipped with modern extrusion-blow molding machines (EBM) and injection molding machines (IMM).
If the Customer does not have their own mold, we can place an order for manufacturing a new mold in China for the required product. For many years, we have maintained direct partnerships with several major Chinese manufacturers of blow and injection molds, who use high-quality materials and components to design and produce durable, precision molds.
All polymer products can be colored in any shade according to the Customer’s preferences. Additionally, the Customer’s brand name and logo can be applied to any surface of the finished item.
STAGES OF POLYMER PRODUCT MANUFACTURING
When the Customer does not have their own mold
- Discussion of the product design or receipt of a prototype from the Customer, including clarification of weight, technical specifications, color, and appearance;
- Placement of an order for the required mold with our Chinese partner;
- Acceptance of the mold from the Chinese manufacturer along with a reference sample;
- Approval of the reference sample with the Customer; if needed, mold adjustments are made by the Chinese manufacturer;
- Shipment of the mold from China to Russia and commencement of production for the Customer.
When the Customer has their own mold
- Assessment of the feasibility of installing the Customer’s mold on BAKSS equipment;
- Production of a reference sample;
- Approval of the sample’s color, weight, and quality with the Customer;
- Manufacturing of the required batch of products for the Customer.
When using the Customer’s molds, we guarantee scheduled maintenance, safekeeping, and careful handling.
