PACKAGING – THE FACE OF THE PRODUCT
In today’s market, producing high-quality goods is no longer enough. It’s essential to preserve their consumer properties throughout the entire shelf life. Moreover, intense market competition imposes strict requirements on product presentation. A product must be instantly recognizable, with distinctive features that set it apart from competitors. This is why leading manufacturers invest so heavily in packaging.
Unique, memorable design combined with enhanced protective properties—these are the criteria any producer must meet to achieve brand recognition and commercial success.
IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE RIGHT, DO IT YOURSELF
The need to establish in-house container production had long been evident at BAKSS Company. Using standard, off-the-shelf packaging made the company’s products visually indistinguishable from dozens of similar brands. As a result, even with excellent product quality, customers struggled to remember or recognize the brand.
The container production workshop was commissioned in 2012. Its primary mission was to supply the company with high-quality packaging for all product lines. With the launch of in-house container manufacturing, BAKSS gained:
- Original, brand-consistent packaging for each product line—memorable and instantly recognizable to consumers;
- Confidence in packaging integrity, ensuring product quality is maintained from production to end user;
- The ability to quickly implement design updates for products offered to customers.
NEVER RESTING ON OUR ACHIEVEMENTS
While packaging quality doesn’t directly affect a product’s functional properties, first impressions are formed by its appearance and tactile experience. Therefore, the container production workshop remains a constant focus of attention for company leadership and technical specialists.
Today, the workshop operates 8 extrusion-blow molding machines producing containers from high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The product range includes 1 L, 5 L, and 10 L cans, as well as 0.5 L and 1 L bottles, available in clear, white, and silver colors.
Special attention should be paid to labeling. All extrusion-blow machines at BAKSS are equipped with an “In-mold labeling system”, which embeds labels—made from specialized material—directly into the container wall during molding. This technology, combined with the embossed BAKSS logo molded onto every original canister, provides the strongest possible protection against counterfeiting.
When you purchase BAKSS products in original packaging, you can be certain you’re getting exactly what you need—a high-quality product fully meeting your requirements.
